Lately I'm so obsessed in making cupcakes XDD
I made marble and butter continuously for two days and I'm planning to make choco cupcakes later!
At first I seriously thought that my first attempt on making cupcakes would be a failure but.. I think I'm too gifted LOL
Even though it's a little bit too sweet and a little bit too dry, it's still perfect!
Too bad I had forgotten to take pics of it, was too excited on my master pieces! :P

3 hours later,

So, my choco cupcakes are done!
And I finally remember to take a pic of them! ( actually, its 3 pics altogether :D )

Pretty huh? XDD
 Butter cupcakes with choco frosting.
I'm going to tell you guys the ingredients that I used.
IT'S MY RECIPE BTW

Ingredients:
- 110g of all-purpose flour
- 95g of granulated sugar
( I measured it properly, the gram is just right! )
- half of the Anchor brand butter
- two large eggs
- 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp of baking powder
- 1/2 cup of milk

&

For the frosting:
- 5 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp of icing sugar
- 4/5 tbsp of hot water

These ingredients can make up to 9 large cupcakes.
Personally, I put 8 tbsp of cocoa powder and 8 tbsp of icing sugar but it was too much and super sweet :/
I suggest that 5 c.p and 3 i.c is enough since you don't want to waste the chocolate ganache and throw it into the bin.

And for the steps:
1. Soften the butter.
2. Preheat the oven to 180c and line a muffin tin with paper cases.
3. Put the butter and sugar in a bowl and beat until pale and fluffy.
4. Beat the eggs and vanilla extract and add into the bowl. Beat until combined.
5. Sift the flour and baking powder into the bowl.
6. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until risen, golden and firm to the touch. You can bake a little longer if you want the top of the cupcakes to be crispy. Just make sure that it won't dry up.
7. Cool in the tin for 10 mintues then transfer to the wire rack and cool completely.

&

Frosting:
1. Mix all of the 3s together and let it cool in the fridge for 2 hours.
( Best if you leave it overnight. )
2. Spread the chocolate ganache onto the cupcakes using a butter knife.
3. Sift some icing sugar on to look better :DDD

You're done!
So this is how you make Choco Butter Cupcake :)
